Groups of 3 or more must cancel prior to 14 days in advance. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without notice, our service providers miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with other guests awaiting services on our waiting list. Our appointments are confirmed in advance, via email and text message, because we know how hectic day-to-day life can be for all of us. As stated in the Payment Terms and Conditions, any individual service canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment*, including holidays and weekends, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to your 50% deposit. *Group appointments of 3 or more that are not cancelled prior to 14 days in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to your 50% deposit. For existing clients with a card on file, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. As a gesture of understanding, we will only charge 50% of the service total to the card on file if this is your first individual cancellation with less than 48 hours notice (or at least more than 14 days in advance, including weekends and holidays, for groups of three or more). Thereafter, we will charge 100% of the service total to the card on file. A missed appointment (a.k.a., a no-show) will result in 100% of the service total being charged to the card on file.
