With just a week's notice, Adara was able to book group massage and facial appointments for my wedding party. They even opened 30 minutes early for us to ensure all in the group had an appointment with enough time. I cannot express my thanks and gratitude enough for Adara doing this! Jojo did a great job. It had been a month since my last fill so there was a lot of grocery. She sought my input while shaping them to ensure I liked them. My nails turned out lovely - the shape and thickness are perfect. I expressed interest in chrome nails and JoJo suggested a beautiful color combination to achieve a classy chrome look. In addition, I enjoyed our conversation. She was very polite and I was impressed by her passion for nails and professional drive.
It was an awesome experience. My wife and I are very pleased. Great customer service and the techs did a great job.

My feet feel and look so amazing! I was greeted warmly and offered refreshments.... #mimosas! Jojo gives a wonderful pedi. She massaged my feet with firm pressure (Heaven!) and shaped my toes to perfection, which is important to me. They have a good assortment of polishes and I loved looking out of the large box window into the sweet neighborhood. Very friendly staff. I didn't get to meet the pup today....so, I'll meet that lil nugget on my next visit. Made an appointment to go back and added a massage.
So everything around the convention center usually closes at five for some odd reason and after a long day, I just wanted a relaxing spa experience. Be warned this is not your typical spa. This is an old house turned nail salon with a back room that has Massage. The owner was nice enough to squeeze me in and move some things around for a last-minute massage before closing. Yelp says they close at five Google says they close at seven supposedly they close at 6:30 which means I could get a 5:30 PM Massage for an hour, which is what I really needed because my back was acting up. I was so grateful they could squeeze me in. I walked in and was treated like an old friend rather than a random customer. I was offered coffee, tea or mimosas. I received a wonderful massage from a very enthusiastic young masseuse who did everything in her power to try to help my spots and relieve my pain. Big shout out to this place for coming through for me. Fair warning they do not accept the 15% off first time check in voucher from yelp because they are not a yelp business

I had a half hour facial with Luma today and it was heavenly! She carefully massaged my face and neck and applied a variety of cleansers, gentle scrubs, and moisturizers. I was so relaxed and my face was soft and smooth. I am already looking forward to my next visit with her 🙂

Amazing experience! At first we were greeted and asked if we wanted any refreshments to drink, also the dog was a little bonus (SO CUTE!!!!) the entire staff was so sweet and kind. Rooms were relaxing and calm. We opted for a couples massage and couldn’t say anything but great things about Jojo and Elizabeth! They focused on what our needs were and made sure we were comfortable. Highly Recommend and will be back on our next trip to Raleigh! 1000/10!!!!
Adara is a wonderful spa with a phenomenal staff of women. Everyone is pleasant and professional. I loved all the services I received for the full day spa package and had the best first full-day spa experience. That was in 2019, I have been a customer there ever since. Maki is a new nail tech there and she is AMAZING. She did such a beautiful job with my nails. Just look at the photo! I highly recommend. Always a beautiful experience when I’m at Adara! Today I had a wonderful pedicure with Jojo and manicure Maki and both of them did a great job. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The owner is very personable and caring. The reason I gave four Stars is that the spa environment was not there for me.

For the first time in my life I received a long overdue facial. My daughter received a back facial and regular facial. We also did eyebrow treading and tinting. Every service we did was amazing. The office was very welcoming with a relaxed environment. Sunny made us feel welcome; chatting with us as if we had been friends for years. Little Harley brought smiles and love to our day as well. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Luma was absolutely amazing. Our skin felt like heaven. Smooth, soft, and visibly clearer. Luma did an amazing job. Elizabeth gave me a concentrated massage, and it was what my neck and shoulders needed,since I type and computer screen watch all day.

I love this spa!! I am greeted every time I walk in the door and I’m offered something to drink. My massage therapist, Elizabeth, gives the best massage in the Raleigh area! Maryam does my pedi. She is meticulous and it always looks amazing! You should definitely try Adara Spa!! You won’t be disappointed!

Went to Adara for the first time and got a massage with Elizabeth followed by a facial with Luma. Both were lovely. Definitely the best massage/facial I’ve had in Raleigh so far.

Love Sundrea, she takes great care of pedicure needs. As a diabetic client who fears getting infections from pedicures, she take excellent care of my feet because she understands how diabetes work. I will continue to get my pedicure from her.
Men, you need a pedicure and massage after a full week. Get the set for you and your special someone to start your weekend. Get the mani also, if you need. Superior service and attention to detail. You'll talk a weeks about how good Adara will make you feel.

If you are looking for an excellent spa experience Adara is the place for you. I received a facial massage by Adra and she was amazing. First time that I have had this service done and I will definitely be scheduling another. I also enjoyed a medium tissue massage by Leah and she was great and I wished it was longer. My good friend gifted me with a gift card to Adara. I got the gel mani-pedi with Sundrae, the owner, who was very friendly and down to earth. I immediately felt like I had been going to her for years. My mani-pedi turned out beautiful and I also love the ambiance of the spa. I will definitely be back!
Could not have asked for a better spa experience. Sunny and her team hosted our bachelorette party and made the afternoon easy to plan - they set up a schedule for our guests and provided snacks. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed, exactly what the bride was looking for! My spa pedicure was wonderful, and the massage was one of the best I've had. I will definitely be back and telling people far and wide to visit!
I have been going to Adara Spa for over 10 years now and have always received excellent and professional service. When I mess up a nail, Sunny and team always fit me in to get it fixed on short notice.Sunny’s idea of bringing her little hypoallergenic dog Harley to the spa just adds to the relaxed atmosphere they want to achieve. He is the cutest little thing and knows his place very well. He does not bother any customer that does not choose to engage with him and those that do get a happy puppy to pet. First time or returning customers, Sunny always makes sure to introduce everyone to each other. Cannot imagine any other spa that would make me feel this relaxed and appreciated as a customer.
This spa is absolutely divine! I wanted to get a couples massage for my spouse’s birthday and wanted to support a black owned business as well. The spa was quaint and everyone was pleasant. Elizabeth did our massages and Luma did our facials. Both were excellent!! The price was worth the quality service we received. Booking over the phone was very easy and the man that helped me answered all my questions and was able to schedule everything around my schedule which was very accommodating.
I was gifted a massage by my employer as a token of appreciation. I was seen by Elizabeth who addressed all of my concerns, one being TMJ pain. I am very thankful for the kindness and thoroughness of all involved in my care today. Thank you Elizabeth and Sunny! You guys are wonderful ❤️

I had the pleasure of visiting Adara Spa this weekend while visiting Raleigh, and let me tell you, I am so glad I did!The hospitality and kindness was next level and their services were to die for.Sunny, the owner was sweet and informative, and I can tell she is a kind hearted neighborhood staple.The first service I booked was a facial with Ke’Nydra, she was beautiful inside and out, and her facial left me feeling rejuvenated and well rested. My skin feels so moisturized.I also indulged and booked an hour massage with Elizabeth. I get massages as often as I can due to pain, and I can tell you that Elizabeth is magical. I have never been so relaxed and pain free during and after a massage.Lastly, but definitely not least, Jay greeted me when I arrived, made sure I was comfortable, offered me a mimosa, and even gave me a ride back to my hotel, out of the kindness of his heart, instead of having to order an Uber in the rain!Please if you’re in Raleigh, do yourself a favor and visit these wonderful humans!Thank you so much, Adara Spa!! ❤️
What a wonderful local spa. Built into two small houses near downtown Raleigh, they've been in business since 2005, and the owner, Sunny, is delightful. All of her staff are friendly and caring. If you're used to a franchised-spa, this is not that, but the quality of service, care, community, and personality are second-to-none. You can tell Sunny has a clientele that comes back over and over.
This place is fantastic! I had a facial which was so relaxing and I felt great the rest of the day and looked great too. I highly recommend Adara Spa. It was clean, friendly staff and the facial was out of this world. Try it. You will love it!
Sunny did a lovely job with my facial today! Somehow she managed to make me look ten years younger. Unlike many spas, there was absolutely no up-sell. I’d definitely recommend them and will use their services in the future.
I hadn’t found a place who could do my natural nails without wanting to cut them off, put fake nails on, or make them look horrible until I decided to give Adara Spa a try. Such an amazing place and it’s all because of the staff. I’ll recommend them to anybody. I haven’t left disappointed since I’ve started going and for the first time since moving here 8 years ago I can make an appointment every two weeks now so that my feet and nails look great. Rosa is amazing with my nails and designs. I ALWAYS get compliments.
My best friend and I met up in Raleigh for a momcation, and we came to Adara for the full day pampering package plus a Brazilian. It was absolutely wonderful. Olivia the esthetician was hilarious and made us forget we were getting waxed. After Elizabeth and Nicole did our facials and massages, we forgot who and where we were; it was so relaxing. Then Sunny and Rosa did our mani pedis, and they were so fabulous. Great ladies to talk with, we so enjoyed their company. Everyone at Adara is so personable and kind. We had an amazing experience!!! Will forever recommend. Do a full package to meet everyone on the team!! 😊
WOW! I do not have words to describe how good is this place! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and I choose Massages By Adara Spa because a friend gave me the recommendation!!! We wanted something different and this was the perfect option!! I got Mr Rahman and told him I have a lot of stress!! He completely understand what I wanted. Also the receptionist was incredible and they even gave us a present for our anniversary!! Thank you so much, we will definitely go back to this beautiful place!
